开放式瘘管切除术在肛瘘手术治疗中的应用分析(1)
摘要：目的 探析肛瘘手术治疗中应用开放式瘘管切除术的临床效果。方法 选取我院2015年1月～2016年6月行手术治疗的80例肛瘘患者予以分组研究，根据入院编号的单双均分为两组，即单号组与双号组，各组40例。单号组患者予以瘘管挂线术治疗，双号组患者予以开放式瘘管切除术治疗，对两组患者的临床疗效、术后各时间点疼痛评分、平均治愈时间、平均住院时间及复发率予以统计比较。结果 单号组患者治疗总有效率为87.50%，双号组患者治疗总有效率为90.00%，两组对比不具明显差异(P>0.05)。单号组患者术后12 h、24 h、48 h疼痛评分均高于双号组患者，两组比较具有明显差异(P<0.05)。单号组患者平均治愈时间、平均住院时间均长于双号组患者，两组比较具有明显差异(P<0.05)。随访6～8个月，单号组患者复发率为2.50%，双号组患者复发率为2.50%，两组对比不具明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 在肛瘘手术治疗中，开放式瘘管切除术的治疗效果与瘘管挂线术相当，但术后疼痛较轻，治愈时间与住院时间较短，临床应用价值更高，可在临床治疗中进一步应用与推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of open fistula resection in the treatment of anal fistula.Methods A total of 80 patients with anal fistula underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were divided into groups，according to the admission number of single and double are divided into two groups，namely，single and double group，each group of 40 cases.Single group of patients to be fistula hanging line treatment，double group of patients to be open fistula resection treatment，clinical efficacy of two groups of patients，postoperative pain scores at each time point，the average healing time，average hospitalization time and recurrence rate were compared statistically.Results The treatment group number of the total efficiency of 87.50%，double group total effective rate was 90.00%，compared the two groups has no significant difference(P>0.05).The pain scores of the patients in the single group were significantly higher than those in the double group at 12 h，24 h and 48 h after operation(P<0.05).The average cure time and the average hospitalization time of the patients were significantly higher than those of the double group(P<0.05).Followed up for 6 to 8 months，the recurrence rate was 2.50% in patients with single group and 2.50% in patients with double group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of anal fistula，the effect of open fistula resection is similar to that of fistula，but the postoperative pain is mild，the time of treatment is shorter and the hospitalization time is shorter，the clinical application value is higher and can be further applied in clinical treatment and promotion.
