摘要：功能性失调性子宫出血是妇科发病率较高的病症；是由于生殖内分泌轴功能紊乱造成的异常子宫出血。分为无排卵性和有排卵性两大类。本文主要针对无排卵性功血，尤其是围绝经期功血进行综述。本文对药物治疗以及手术治疗方式进行综述，以期为临床治疗提供参考。
