双源CT冠脉成像对比剂团注追踪监测次数的相关因素分析(1)
摘要：目的 分析雙源CT冠脉成像对比剂团注追踪监测次数的相关因素，从而调整延迟扫描时间，以减少辐射剂量。方法 收集我院2015年1月～7月经双源CT冠脉成像患者300例。均以5.0 ml/s的流速注射对比剂碘海醇(含碘350 g/L)65 ml，再继续以相同流速注射30 ml生理盐水，采用团注追踪程序自动触发技术(bolus tracking)，触发阈值均为100 HU，进行冠状动脉CTA检查。统计所有患者在对比剂达到阈值时的追踪监测次数，分析其年龄(AGE)、身高(Ht)、体重(Wt)、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、臀围(HC)、腰臀比(WHR)、平均心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压(PP)与监测次数的相关性。结果 在影响的自身因素中，HC、WHR、SBP、DBP、PP与监测次数无统计学意义的相关(P>0.05)； HR与监测次数呈负相关(r=-0.314，P<0.05)，AGE、Ht、Wt、BMI、WC与监测次数呈正相关(r=0.156、0.317、0.275、0.155、0.146)，且相关性具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 双源CT冠脉成像中，在定量定速注射对比剂时，对比剂追踪监测次数受多种自身因素影响，其中身高、体重及平均心率是影响监测次数的主要因素，而年龄、体质量指数和腰围的影响较弱。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the correlation factors of dual-source CT coronary angiography contrast agent，and to adjust the delayed scanning time to reduce the radiation dose.Methods From January to July 2015，300 patients with dual-source CT coronary angiography were collected.In 5.0 ml/s flow injection of contrast agent iohexol(iodine 350g/L)65 ml，continue with the same velocity injected with 30 ml saline by bolus tracking program (bolus tracking)technology to automatically trigger，trigger threshold was 100 HU，coronary artery CTA examination.The number of monitoring in statistics the contrast threshold is reached with analysis of its age (AGE)，height (Ht)，weight (Wt)，body mass index (BMI)，waist circumference(WC)，hip circumference(HC)，waist hip ratio(WHR)，the average heart rate(HR)，The correlation between systolic blood pressure(SBP)，diastolic blood pressure (DBP)，pulse pressure(PP)and the number of monitoring times.Results There was no significant correlation between HC，WHR，SBP，DBP，PP and the number of monitoring(P>0.05).HR was negatively correlated with the number of monitoring(r=-0.314，P<0.05)AGE，Ht，Wt，BMI，WC were positively correlated with the number of monitoring(r=0.156，0.317，0.275，0.155，0.146)，and the correlation was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the dual-source CT coronary angiography，the number of times of contrast agent monitoring is affected by many factors，such as height，weight and mean heart rate，are the main factors influencing the number of times of monitoring， and age，body mass Index and waist circumference are weak., 百拇医药(李刚 王轶彬 宗根林 张蕾)
