复方地龙胶囊联合TDP治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床对照研究(1)

     摘要：目的 通过随机对照试验观察应用复方地龙胶囊联合TDP治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效，与治疗前后及常规药物联合针刺治疗对照组比较是否有差异，为复方地龙胶囊联合TDP治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床推广应用提供依据。方法 选取我院2014年6月～2016年5月收治的58例周围性面神经麻痹患者，按照治疗方法随机分成治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组采用复方地龙胶囊联合TDP治疗，对照组采用针刺治疗。观察两组患者治疗的效果。结果 治疗后治疗组临床治愈 20例，有效7例，无效2例，临床总有效率为93.10%；对照组临床治愈12例，有效9例，无效8例，临床总有效率为72.41%。两组患者的临床疗效差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过应用复方地龙胶囊联合TDP治疗周围性面神经麻痹，效果明显，值得临床推广。

    Clinical Comparative Study of Compound Earthworm Capsule Combined with TDP in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

    Abstract：Objective To observe the application effect of randomized controlled trials of compound earthworm capsule combined with TDP in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis，is whether there are differences between the control group and the combined acupuncture treatment and conventional drug treatment，provide the basis for clinical application of compound earthworm capsule combined with TDP in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods In our hospital in June 2014～2016 year in May 58 cases of peripheral facial paralysis patients，in accordance with the methods of treatment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，the treatment group were treated with compound earthworm capsule combined with TDP treatment，the control group treated by acupuncture.Observe the treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results The treatment group after treatment，20 cases were cured，7 cases effective，2 cases ineffective，the total effective rate was 93.10%；the control group 12 cases were cured，9 cases effective，8 cases ineffective，the total clinical efficiency of clinical curative effect of 72.41%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was significantly different，with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of compound earthworm capsule combined with TDP in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis，the effect is obvious，worthy of clinical promotion.

    面神經麻痹是临床常见病，随着社会节奏的加快，人们生活压力的增大以及气候变化异常，面神经麻痹患病率逐年升高，引起人们日益关注，该疾病患者如未及时接受治疗，或治疗方式不恰当，会导致患者后期发生多种后遗症，例如可遗留面瘫、面部神经痉挛等，严重影响患者的正常生活与工作，并对患者的心理造成极大创伤，同时也影响个人美观[1-2]。近年来中医针刺疗法逐渐进入人们的视野中，我院也开展了针刺疗法，本次研究选取我院2014年6月～2016年5月收治的58例周围性面神经麻痹患者行复方地龙胶囊联合TDP的治疗效果，效果明显，现报告如下。, http://www.100md.com(谢玉芳 尹菲)
