目标教学法在护理实习带教中的应用观察(1)

     摘要:目的 探讨护理實习带教中应用目标教学法效果,为目标教学法在护理实习带教中的应用提供理论依据。方法 选用2016年2月~2017年2月在我院实习的70名护理实习生为此次研究对象,均分为观察组与对照组,每组35名实习生,分别采用传统教学模式和目标教学模式,对两组实习生带教后的理论知识与临床应用技能等考核及满意度调查,对比分析两组实习生考核结果及调查情况。结果 两组实习生的理论知识掌握程度、沟通技巧、操作技能、临床应用等综合技能考核评分进行组间比较,观察组明显更高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的实习生满意度和带教老师的满意度评分相比于对照组,观察组明显更高,组间比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 目标教学法在护理实习带教中的应用效果显著,相比于传统的教学模式,实习生的理论成绩和临床成绩得到了显著的提升,提高了实习生满意度和带教老师的满意度,值得推广应用。

    Observation on Application of Goal Teaching Method in Nursing Practice Teaching

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the nursing practice teaching in the application of objective teaching effect,to provide a theoretical basis for the practice of goal teaching method application in the teaching of nursing.Methods The February 2016~2017 year in February in the 70 nursing students in our hospital internship as the research object,divided into observation group and control group,each group of 35 interns,respectively.The traditional teaching mode and teaching mode,two groups of interns after teaching theoretical knowledge and clinical application of the skills assessment and satisfaction survey,comparative analysis of two groups of interns examination results and investigation.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the group of theoretical knowledge,communication skills,operation skills,clinical application and other comprehensive skills assessment scores,the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group of interns satisfaction and teacher satisfaction scores compared to the control group, the observation group was significantly higher, compared between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Target teaching method practice with significant application effect in the teaching of nursing,compared to the traditional teaching mode,theoretical results and clinical results of interns has been significantly improved,improve the interns' satisfaction and teacher satisfaction,it is worthy of popularization and application.

    护理是一门实践操作性很强的专业,实习过程中实习生能够很好的积累经验,做到理论知识和实践相结合,并提高护理专业知识和技能水平,对其顺利从学生角色转换到护理工作者而言非常重要。在护理实习生进行实习的过程中,实习效果不仅与实习生有着密切的联系,也与带教老师的带教方法有着密切的关联。目标教学法是一种新型的带教方案[1],为探讨目标教学法在护理实习带教中的应用效果,特选取70名临床实习生作为此次研究对象,报道如下。, 百拇医药(徐汝梅)
