摘要：多发性肌炎是一种以对称性肌无力、肌萎缩和肌痛为主要表现的炎症性肌病，系肌组织自体免疫反应性疾病，横纹肌呈现广泛性炎性和变性改变。该患者以呼吸困难和肝功异常为首发。

    With Respiratory Distress and Abnormal Liver Function for 1 Cases of First Diagnosed Polymyositis

    Abstract：Polymyositis is a kind of symmetrical myasthenia gravis，muscle atrophy and muscle pain as the main manifestation of inflammatory myopathy，muscle tissue autoimmune reactive disease，striated muscle showed extensive inflammatory and degeneration changes.The patient with dyspnea and abnormal liver function as the first episode.
