摘要：根管治疗术后的患牙往往伴随着牙体缺损，需通过冠方修复体来恢复牙齿的外形和功能，而桩则能为冠方修复体提供足够的固位力。但由于影响桩修复预后的因素众多，导致临床上对桩的使用存在争议。故本文从根管壁厚度，牙本质肩领，牙冠壁缺损程度等方面对桩修复预后的影响进行分析，为桩在临床上的应用提供一定的参考指导。
