中药熏洗联合Carnation11光子治疗仪对混合痔术后疼痛水肿的护理干预(1)
摘要：目的 探討中药熏洗联合Carnation11R光子治疗仪对混合痔患者术后疼痛水肿的护理干预方法以及护理效果的临床作用。方法 选取2016年1月～10月接受混合痔手术的患者共116例，分成观察组和对照组，每组58例，对照组采用常规温水坐浴方法，观察组应用中药熏洗联合Carnation11R光子治疗仪干预。两组患者其他治疗、护理方法相同。结果 两组患者在接受混合痔手术后，通过不同的护理干预，观察组患者在中药熏洗联合Carnation11R光子治疗仪1个疗程后疼痛评分远远低于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组与对照组患者在水肿积分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组在第2个疗程结束后水肿积分远远低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药熏洗联合Carnation11R光子治疗仪对混合痔患者的术后护理干预有显著的临床效果，可以明显改善疼痛和水肿的状况，值得临床推广使用。

Nursing Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Carnation11R Photon Therapeutic Apparatus for Postoperative Pain and Edema of Mixed Hemorrhoid

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effects of herbal fumigation combined with Carnation11R photon treatment instrument for nursing intervention on pain and edema of mixed hemorrhoids patients after operation and nursing effect.Methods From January 2016～2016 year in October to accept the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids patients were 116 cases，divided into observation group and control group，58 cases in each group，the control group using conventional methods of warm water bath.The observation group used traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment instrument combined with Carnation11R photon interference.The other two groups of patients with the same treatment，nursing methods.Results Two groups of patients in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids，through different nursing intervention，the patients in the observation group of herbal fumigation combined with Carnation11R photon therapeutic apparatus after 1 month treatment pain score is much lower than the control group(P<0.05)，the observation group and the control group in the patients with edema scores no statistical significance(P>0.05)；the observation group edema at the end of the second courses integration is much lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Herbal fumigation combined with Carnation11R photon therapeutic instrument has significant clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain and edema can significantly improve the situation，it is worthy of clinical use.
