摘要：进修学习是继续医学教育的重要方式，是医务人员提高临床实践能力、更新知识储备和提升个人综合素质的有效途径。本文分析了本院新生儿科2011～2015年所招进修医师在完成进修并返回原单位后的个人综合能力提升状况，包括临床实践和带教能力的提升以及进修学习内容的应用和实施情况等方面，再根据我院经验总结提出了优化进修医师管理制度的若干措施。
