摘要：医院药学是将药学理论应用于医院中，目前医院药学已经成为一门独立的学科。而药学管理作为医院不可缺少的部门，其是医院管理中最为重要的环节之一。但随着医疗改革的不断推进，现阶段医院药学管理方式已经难以适应现代化医院的发展。本文就医院药学部门管理现状进行分析，并针对现存的问题提出相应的解决对策。
