摘要：医院文化包括医院物质文化、制度文化和精神文化等3方面内容。本文的区县级公立医院文化建设亦是从这三个角度出发，重点关注处于伦理本位和核心家庭本位之间的乡村文化，建立“熟人社会”、“半熟人社会”和“陌生人社会”的多元化社会背景下的区县级公立医院文化，以此提高区县级公立医院职工满意度，推动医院发展，促进医患关系和谐。
