参芪扶正注射液联合姑息性化疗对晚期结直肠癌疗效的临床观察(1)
摘 要：目的 觀察晚期结直肠癌姑息性化疗中联合应用参芪扶正注射液的疗效。方法 将118例晚期结直肠癌患者随机分为治疗组(参芪扶正注射液联合姑息性化疗)61例和对照组(单纯姑息性化疗组)57例，对比观察两组患者3周期姑息性化疗后的总体有效率、化疗不良反应和生活质量改善情况。结果 治疗组总有效率77.05%，对照组56.14%，治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组，两组间差异显著(P<0.05)；治疗组患者胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制等不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；患者生存质量改善情况治疗组(68.85%)优于对照组(49.12%)，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 晚期结直肠癌患者姑息性化疗联合应用参芪扶正注射液，能够取得较好疗效，同时减轻化疗不良反应、改善生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of advanced colorectal cancer palliative chemotherapy combined application of Shenqi Fuzheng injection.Methods 118 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with palliative chemotherapy)in 61 cases and control group(simple palliative chemotherapy group)57 cases，comparison of two groups of patients with total 3 cycles of palliative chemotherapy after the efficacy and adverse reaction of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life.Results The total effective rate was 77.05% in treatment group and 56.14% in the control group，the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group，the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05)；the treatment group patients with gastrointestinal reaction the adverse reaction， bone marrow suppression rate were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05)；improve the quality of life of patients with the treatment group (68.85%)better than the control group(49.12%)，there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of palliative chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer patients with Shenqi Fuzheng injection can achieve better curative effect，reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life.

结直肠癌(Colorectal cancer，CRC)是发生率、死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一，疾病早期症状常不明显或特异性不强，与肠炎、肠息肉等良性疾病难以鉴别，故早期诊断较为困难，50%以上患者确诊时已属晚期，病灶分布广、临床症状重、一般情况差，常常因不良反应重或出现多发转移、肠梗阻而难以完成标准方案化疗，五年生存率常不足20%[1]。本文选取本院2013年1月～2015年12月诊治的118例晚期结直肠癌患者为对象，观察两组患者的总体有效率、化疗不良反应和生活质量，进行回顾性分析，报道如下。, 百拇医药(龚泉 王存德 李江龙 李仕娟 石围)
