综合护理对甲状腺良性肿瘤并糖尿病患者手术效果的影响分析(1)
摘 要：目的 观察综合护理对甲状腺良性肿瘤并糖尿病患者心理状态的影响，分析其对手术效果的影响。方法 回顾性分析本院2014年7月～2016年7月诊治的60例行手术治疗的甲状腺良性肿瘤并糖尿病患者资料，根据不同护理方案分为两组，对照组30例予以常规护理，研究组30例予以综合护理，比较两组患者治疗前后的心理状态及护理效果。结果 两组患者心理评分均较护理前降低，且研究组降低幅度比对照组大(P<0.05)；研究组护理效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对行手术治疗的甲状腺良性肿瘤并糖尿病患者予以综合护理，可有效缓解其负面情绪，并促进手术顺利进行，从而缩短手术时间，提高护理满意度，具临床推广价值。

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on the Surgical Effect of Thyroid Benign Tumor and Diabetic Patients

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on psychological state of patients with benign thyroid tumors and diabetes， analyzes its influence on the result of the operation.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of surgical treatment in our hospital during July 2014～2016 July diagnosis and treatment of benign thyroid tumor and data of patients with diabetes，according to the different nursing methods were divided into two groups，30 cases in the control group were given routine nursing， study group 30 cases were given comprehensive nursing care， psychological status and nursing effect of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The two groups of patients were compared with psychological nursing before decreased，and the study group was lower than control group(P<0.05)；The study group nursing effect was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of benign thyroid tumors and diabetes patients undergoing surgical treatment can effectively relieve their negative emotions and facilitate the smooth operation of the surgery，which can shorten the operation time and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is of clinical promotion value.

甲状腺良性肿瘤属外科较为常见的一种颈部疾病，目前临床主要采用手术切除法进行治疗[1]。糖尿病属终身性疾病，其严重影响患者身心健康，并导致患者处于负面情绪状态。因此，对甲状腺良性肿瘤并糖尿病患者围术期予以有效的护理干预具重要价值。本研究针对已选定的60例患者分别行不同护理模式的效果予以回顾性分析，现作如下报道。
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料 回顾性分析本院2014年7月～2016年7月诊治的60例行手术治疗的甲状腺良性肿瘤并糖尿病患者临床资料，根据不同护理方案分为两组，研究组30例患者中男12例，女18例，年龄37～60岁，平均年龄(55.12±3.52)岁；对照组30例患者中男13例，女17例，年龄38～60岁，平均年龄(55.20±2.84)岁；其中24例行甲状腺全切术，36例行甲状腺次切除术。两组一般资料均衡可比(P>0.05)。
1.2方法 对照组行常规护理，主要包含基础护理、健康教育、检查指导、饮食与药物护理，护理人员耐心向患者说明手术前后需注意的相关事宜等；研究组于此基础上行综合护理，具体方案如下：①心理干预：护理人员针对性予以相应的心理沟通及健康宣教，主动与患者进行沟通，及时了解其内心真实感受，提高其对手术治疗的积极性。②体位护理：护理人员于术前应正确指导患者开展体位锻炼，以防止术中出现胸闷、头晕等症状。③术后护理及随访：护理人员应于术后密切监测患者的生病体征，并予以持续给氧；定期发放病情追踪卡，并针对异常问题予以科学处理；同时通过视访、电访等形式，了解患者院外情况。, http://www.100md.com(耿金萍)
