含氟泡沫预防儿童乳牙龋齿的临床效果研究(1)
摘 要：目的 采用含氟泡沫预防儿童乳牙龋齿，观察其临床应用效果。方法 选取2015年10月～2016年3月本院收治的60例乳牙龋齿儿童，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组给予含氟泡沫预防乳牙龋齿，每半年1次；对照组给予定期检查和口腔卫生宣教，不做任何乳牙龋齿预防处理；两组均在1年后进行口腔检查，对比两组儿童1年后的龋均、乳牙龋齿总发生率，比较两组儿童家长的满意情况。结果 观察组和对照组儿童1年后的龋均分别为(2.13±0.05)和(3.77±0.16)，组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组和对照组儿童的乳牙龋齿总发生率分别为23.33%和50.00%，组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组和对照组儿童家长的满意度分别为93.33%和70.00%，组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用含氟泡沫预防儿童乳牙龋齿的效果较好，可明显减少儿童乳牙龋齿的发生，具有重要的预防作用。

Abstract：Objective To prevent the decay of dental decay in children with fluoride foam and observe the clinical effect.Methods 60 cases of deciduous dental caries treated in our hospital from October 2015 to March 2016 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method，30 cases in each group.The observation group was given fluoride foam to prevent deciduous dental deciduous caries once every six months.The control group was given regular inspection and oral health education，without any deciduous tooth decay prevention treatment.Oral examination was performed after one year in both groups.The average caries in one group after two years and the incidence of caries in deciduous teeth were compared between two groups.The satisfaction of the parents of the two groups was compared.Results After one year，the caries of observation group and control group were(2.13±0.05)and(3.77±0.16)respectively，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The total incidence of deciduous teeth in observation group and control group was 23.33% and 50.00%，respectively.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of parents in observation and control groups were 93.33% and 70.00%，The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluoride-containing foam is effective in preventing deciduous teeth of children with deciduous teeth and can significantly reduce the occurrence of deciduous teeth in children with deciduous teeth.It has an important preventive effect.

乳牙齲齿在儿童中比较多见，乳牙龋齿具有较高的发病率，对儿童的口腔健康和机体健康均带来严重的不良影响和危害[1-2]。因此，积极预防儿童乳牙龋齿的发生、有效改善儿童的口腔健康十分重要。本文选取2015年10月～2016年3月本院收治的60例儿童作为研究对象，针对含氟泡沫预防儿童乳牙龋齿的临床效果进行研究，现报道如下。
