鸦胆子油乳注射液配合恩度治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床分析(3)
本研究结果提示鸦胆子油乳注射液配合恩度治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效较恩度单药治疗略有提高，不良反应患者可耐受，能改善恶性胸腔积液患者的生活质量，有助于提高患者对治疗的耐受性和依从性，具有一定的临床价值。目前有关鸦胆子油乳注射液配合恩度应用于恶性胸腔积液的资料较少，至今为止大部分报道都为小样本，只有增加样本量才能进一步证实结论的可靠性。有待于多中心、大样本的临床研究来确立恩度和鸦胆子油乳注射液在恶性胸腔积液治疗中的地位。
