口福怡稻治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果研究(1)
摘 要：目的 探讨口福怡稻对2型糖尿病患者的临床效果及对血糖波动的影响。方法 取2015年3月～2017年4月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者60例，按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组患者食用普通大米，观察组患者采用口福怡稻治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后血糖水平变化以及不良反应情况。结果 两组治疗前FBG、PPBG、HbA1C、Fins差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后，观察组FBG、PPBG、HbAlC水平分别为(6.10±1.24)mmol/L、(6.38±1.19)mmol/L、(7.21±1.45)%，低于对照组的(6.96±1.34)mmol/L、(7.64±1.23)mmol/L、(9.34±1.32)%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组Fins水平为(14.21±4.53)IU/ml，高于对照组的(13.21±4.42)IU/ml，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者采用口福怡稻治疗效果理想，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kou Fuyi Dao on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and its effect on blood glucose fluctuation.Methods From March 2015 to April 2017，60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group with 30 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with common rice，the patients in the observation group were treated with Kou Fuyi Dao.The changes of blood glucose level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in FBG，PPBG，HbA1C and Fins before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment，the level of FBG、PPBG、HbAlC was(6.10±1.24)mmol/L、(6.38±1.19)mmol/L、(7.21±1.45)% in the observation group，which is lower than that in the control group(6.96±1.34)mmol/L、(7.64±1.23)mmol/L、(9.34±1.32)%，the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The level of Fins in the observation group was (14.21±4.53) IU/ml，which was higher than that in the control group(13.21±4.42) IU/ml.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with Kou Fuyi Dao is effective and worth popularizing.

糖尿病(diabetes mellitus，DM)是一組以慢性血血糖水平增高为特征的代谢性疾病，是由胰岛素分泌和(或)作用缺陷引起的[1]。糖尿病尤其是2型糖尿病属临床常见病、多发病，发病后如得不到及时有效的治疗，将会增加糖尿病并发症的发生率。目前，临床上对于2型糖尿病以药物治疗、饮食治疗为主，该方法虽然能控制患者血糖水平，但是降糖效果更多的源于药物，普通大米饮食降糖效果不佳[2]。研究表明[3]，将口福怡稻用于2型糖尿病患者中效果理想，有助于改善患者血糖水平，促进患者恢复。为了探讨口福怡稻在2型糖尿病患者中的临床效果及对患者血糖波动的影响，特选取2015年3月～2017年4月医院收治的2型糖尿病患者60例，报道如下。
1资料与方法
, http://www.100md.com 1.1一般资料 选取2015年3月～2017年4月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者60例。入选患者均符合2型糖尿病临床诊断标准，且患者均经过血糖测定检测确诊。本课题在伦理委员会批准、监督下进行，患者对治疗方法等知情同意。将患者按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组男19例，女11例，年龄35～78岁，平均年龄(59.62±4.31)岁；病程1～21年，平均病程(8.97±1.35)年；BMI 21～26 kg/m2，平均BMI(24.13±2.15)kg/m2。观察组男17例，女13例，年龄34～79岁，平均年龄(70.03±4.35)岁；病程1～20年，平均病程(9.56±1.42)年；BMI 20～27 kg/m2，平均BMI(24.93±2.22)kg/m2。两组患者性别、年龄、病程、BMI等一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，有可比性。, http://www.100md.com(邓婷婷 王亚洲 张红)
