综上所述，右美托咪定复合丙泊酚和芬太尼可安全有效的在无痛人工流产术中应用，与丙泊酚联合芬太尼应用相比，其对循環和呼吸系统影响更小，注射痛发生率更少，显著提高无痛人工流产术的安全性及舒适性。
