高血压病合并糖调节受损患者血压变异性的相关研究(1)
摘要:目的 探討高血压病合并糖调节受损(IGR)患者血糖水平与血压变异性的关系。方法 选取2016年5月~2017年5月在承德医学院附属医院全科医疗科住院的高血压病患者,依据口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),分为IFG组(A组)41例,IGT组(B组)42例,IFG+IGT组(C组)40例,并以46例糖耐量正常(NGT)的高血压患者作为对照组(D组)。所有患者均进行24 h动态血压监测,观察各组患者24hSBP、24hDBP、24hAPP、24hmSBPCV、24hmDBPCV等血压变异性指标的特点。结果 各组间性别、年龄、体重、高血压病程、家族史,以及FPG、2hPBG、HbAlc、TG比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B、C三组24hSBP、24hDBP、24hAPP与D组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B、C三组24hmSBPCV、24hmDBPCV均高于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以24hmSBPCV最为显著(P<0.01),但IFG组、IGT组两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 高血压病合并IGR是导致血压变异性增加的重要因素,对高血压患者靶器官损害产生重要作用。

Results There was no significant difference in sex,age,body weight,course of hypertension,family history and FPG,2hPBG,HbAlc,TG between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with D group,there was no significant difference in 24 h SBP,24 h DBP and 24 h APP between the A,B C three groups(P>0.05).As for 24hmSBPCV,24hmDBPCV,A,B,C three groups were higher than the D group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and 24hmSBPCV was the most significant(P<0.01).But there was no significant difference between the IFG group and IGT groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hypertension combined with IGR is an important factor to increase blood pressure variability and plays an important role in target organ damage in patients with hypertension., 百拇医药(段淑婷 王义围 王兆鹏)
