网络教学平台下基于Seminar-CBT教学模式培养护理本科生自主学习能力的研究与实践(1)

     摘 要:目的 探讨网络教学平台下基于Seminar-CBT教学模式对护理本科生自主学习能力的培养效果。方法 随机选取我院2015级本科护生为观察组,2014级本科护生为对照组,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组教学内容采用案例教学法,教学形式采用Seminar教学法,比较两组教学效果。结果 观察组护生的自主学习能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生认为Seminar-CBT有利于激发学习兴趣、培养团队精神等,并且专业兴趣、学习动机、学习计划对护生的自主学习能力有显著影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Seminar-CBT有利于培养护生的学习合作能力和自我管理能力,但对信息能力的提升不明显。

    Research and Practice of Cultivating Nursing Undergraduates' Autonomous Learning Ability Based on Seminar-CBT Teaching Mode under Network Teaching Platform

    Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Seminar-CBT teaching model on the cultivation of autonomous learning ability of nursing undergraduates under the network teaching platform.Methods We randomly selected 2015 undergraduate nursing students in our hospital as observation group,2014 level undergraduate nursing students as control group,control group adopted traditional teaching mode,observation group teaching content adopted case teaching method,teaching form adopted Seminar teaching method, compared two groups teaching effect.Results The observation group nursing students' autonomous learning ability is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group nursing students considered that Seminar-CBT can stimulate interest in learning,cultivate the spirit of teamwork,and professional interest,learning motivation,learning plan has a significant impact on students' autonomous learning ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Seminar-CBT is beneficial to the training of students' learning cooperation ability and self-management ability,but it is not obvious to improve the information ability.

    Seminar是以教師和学生为共同的教学主体,为探究某一问题师生双方共同讨论的一种交互式方法。而CBT(case-based teaching)即案例教学法,是以案例为中心,采用小组讨论和角色扮演等交流学习的方法[1]。自主学习能力是针对学习目标利用客观资源进行学习的能力[2]。本研究借助网络教学平台,尝试将互动式CBL及讨论式Seminar有机结合,探索出一种新型教学模式。, 百拇医药(宋艳丽 刘伟 田静 吴菲)
