丁基苯酞软胶囊治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的疗效分析(1)
摘 要：目的 对我院缺血性脑血管疾病患者应用丁基苯酞软胶囊进行治疗，了解该药应用过程中的具体疗效。方法 2016年2月～2017年2月我院共收治缺血性脑血管疾病患者60例，随机将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组30例。对照组按照常规的治疗方式应用长春西汀注射液治疗，观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上增加應用丁基苯酞软胶囊治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果 治疗一个疗程结束后，观察组有效率76.67%高于对照组50.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后，观察组平均NIHSS评分(6.52±1.03)分，对照组平均NIHSS评分(7.97±1.43)分，观察组患者NIHSS评分较低，两组患者结果存在差异，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在临床治疗缺血性脑血管疾病时，与传统的治疗药物相比较，应用丁基苯酞软胶囊具有显著的疗效且具有一定的安全性，能够保护脑神经，减轻因血小板集中而造成的缺血性脑血管疾病症状。另外，该药物应用后用药患者均未发生不良反应，值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To study the curative effect of butylphthalide soft capsule on patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital.Methods From February 2016 to February 2017，60 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vinpocetine injection according to the routine treatment method.The patients in the observation group were treated with butylphthalide soft capsule on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results After one course of treatment，the effective rate of the observation group was 76.67% higher than that of the control group 50.00%，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)，after treatment，the average NIHSS score of the observation group(6.52±1.03)，the average NIHSS score of the control group(7.97±1.43)，the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower，and the two groups of patients had differences，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of butylphthalide soft capsule in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases is more effective and safe than that of the traditional medicine，and it can protect the brain nerve.The symptoms of ischemic cerebrovascular disease caused by platelet concentration were alleviated.In addition，there were no adverse reactions in the patients treated with this drug，which is worth popularizing in clinical treatment., http://www.100md.com(闫博阳)
