仙方活命饮治疗精索静脉曲张的临床疗效研究(1)
摘 要：目的 探讨仙方活命饮对精索静脉曲张(Ⅰ～Ⅱ度)患者精液质量、精索静脉内径及临床症状的影响。方法 将精索静脉曲张(Ⅰ～Ⅱ度)患者80例，按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。治疗组给予仙方活命饮治疗，对照组给与迈之灵片治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后精液质量，精索静脉管径以及临床疗效。结果 两组患者治疗后精液质量和精索静脉管径均明显改善，且治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床总有效率(85.00%)明显高于对照组(52.50%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 仙方活命饮对精索静脉曲张(Ⅰ～Ⅱ度)患者精液质量、精索静脉内径及临床症状改善明显，临床疗效显著。

Clinical Efficacy of Xianfang Huoxing Decoction in the Treatment of Varicocele

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Xianfang Huoxing decoction on semen quality，internal diameter of spermatic vein and clinical symptoms in patients with varicocele(Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree).Methods 80 patients with varicocele(Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree)were treated. According to the random digital table method，they were divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xianfang Huoxing decoction and the control group was treated with Mai Zhi Ling tablet.The semen quality，spermatic vein diameter and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The quality of semen and the diameter of spermatic vein were significantly improved in both groups，and the treatment group was superior to the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was(85.00%)，which was significantly higher than that of the control group(52.50%)，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Xianfang Huoxing decoction improved semen quality，internal diameter of spermatic vein and clinical symptoms in patients with varicocele (Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree).

精索靜脉曲张(varicocele，VC)指由于静脉回流受阻或瓣膜失效血液返流等因素导致精索静脉的伸长、扩张及迂曲，是男性不育的外科疾病中最常见的一种。VC多见于青壮年，男性人群中的发病率为15%～20%，不育男性中发病率25%～40%，伴精液异常者54.8%，主要表现为精子发生阻滞，精子数量减少，精子质量下降[1]。VC治疗的临床决策中，VC伴精液质量下降患者手术治疗后是否能改善生育力，过去一直存在争议，近来这种争议已经渐趋统一，可首先保守治疗，包括改善生活方式、口服改善精子质量的药物等[2]。本研究重点观察了中药方仙方活命饮治疗精索静脉曲张患者的疗效，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(刘东波 王中 殷德科 古孝良)
