早期康复护理对脑卒中临床疗效及偏瘫肢体功能的影响分析(1)
摘 要：目的 探究早期康复护理应用于脑卒中的临床效果。方法 选取2016年7月～2017年7月收治的94例脑卒中患者的临床资料，依照护理方式分为对照组和研究组，每组47例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施早期康复护理，比较两组临床疗效、肢体功能与心理状态。结果 研究组临床治疗总有效率为93.62%，高于对照组的70.21%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后的偏瘫肢体功能评分为(69.72±21.04)分，高于对照组的(53.11±16.06)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早期康复护理对脑卒中患者生活能力有很好的改善效果，可以促进偏瘫肢体功能恢复，降低病发后致残率，值得普及。
