自由体位联合分娩镇痛仪在产程中的应用研究(1)
摘 要：目的 探讨产妇分娩过程中应用自由体位联合分娩镇痛仪的应用价值。方法 将我院2015年1月～2016年10月520例初产妇，随机分为观察组和对照组，各260例。观察组采用自由体位联合分娩镇痛仪，对照组采用常规分娩模式，观察产妇分娩疼痛度、自然分娩率、剖宫产率、产程时间。结果 观察组产妇疼痛评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇剖宫产率低于对照组，自然分娩率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产程时间少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产妇在自然分娩过程中，采用自由体位联合分娩镇痛仪的使用可有效降低产妇分娩过程中的疼痛度和剖宫产率，缩短产程时间，提高自然分娩率，值得在产科推广应用。

Study on the Application of Free Body Position Combined with Labor Analgesia Instrument in Labor Process

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of free position joint delivery analgesia apparatus in the process of childbirth. Methods 520 cases of primipara in our hospital in January 2015～2016 October were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，each with 260 cases.The observation group was given the free position combined with the labor analgesia instrument.The control group was given the routine delivery mode，and the delivery pain， natural birth rate，cesarean section rate and labor time were observed.Results The observation group pain score was significantly lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group of cesarean section rate lower than the control group，the rate of natural childbirth was higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group maternal labor time is less than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of natural childbirth，the use of free position combined with labor analgesia instrument can effectively reduce the pain and cesarean section rate，shorten the duration of labor and improve the natural childbirth rate，which is worthy of promotion in obstetrics department.

分娩是人類繁衍后代的生理过程，越来越多的产妇因畏惧分娩疼痛而选择剖宫产，从而近年来出现剖宫产率日趋上升，但其上升并无法降低围生儿窒息率、死亡率[1]。如何减轻分娩时带来的疼痛，使等待分娩的孕产妇能够愉快地接受自然分娩也越来越被医学界、孕产妇及家属所关注。2015年1月～2016年10月，我院在产妇分娩过程中应用自由体位联合分娩镇痛仪，取得良好的效果，现报告如下。, 百拇医药(欧圣华)
