单胎足月新生儿神经行为NBNA评分相关影响因素研究(1)
摘 要：目的 分析单胎足月新生儿的行为神经能力，并研究影响单胎足月新生儿神经行为能力的相关因素。方法 选取2017年1月1日～6月30日在德阳第五医院分娩并采用NBNA量表进行神经行为评分的单胎足月新生儿80例，结合NBNA量表评分结果分析所选新生儿神经行为能力，并结合新生儿出生基本资料分析影响单胎足月新生儿神经行为能力的相关因素。结果 本次研究所选80例新生儿平均NBNA评分为(36.11±1.05)分，神经行为正常和异常的概率分别为90.00%、10.00%；单因素分析中，新生儿体重、胎先露部位成为影响NBNA评分的因素；多因素分析中，新生儿体重、产妇年龄、分娩方式、胎儿先露方位、高危儿成为影响NBNA评分的因素。结论 影响单胎足月新生儿神经行为评分的因素涉及新生儿体重、新生儿先露方位、新生儿分娩方式、产妇年龄、高危儿等，通过产前合理干预，可以降低微脑损伤新生儿，提高新生儿NBNA评分。

Study on the Related Factors of Neurobehavioral NBNA Score in Single Term Neonates

Abstract：Objective To analyze the behavioral and neurological abilities of single born newborn infants and to study the related factors that affect the neurobehavioral ability of single full-term newborns.Methods 80 neonatal single-term neonates were selected from January 1 to June 30，2017 in Deyang Fifth Hospital，and their neurobehavioural scores were scored using the NBNA scale.The neonatal nerves were selected according to the NBNA scores.Behavioral ability，combined with basic data on neonatal birth，was used to analyze the factors that affected the neurobehavioral ability of single-term newborn infants.Results This study selected 80 cases of newborn average NBNA score was(36.11±1.05)points，respectively，neural behavior of normal and abnormal probability is 90.00%， 10.00%；univariate analysis，birth weight，fetal parts become the influence factors of NBNA score；multivariate analysis，birth weight， maternal age，mode of delivery fetal presentation，directional，high risk infants become the influencing factors of NBNA score. Conclusion The factors influencing the neurobehavioral score of full-term newborns were neonatal weight，neonatal presentation， neonatal delivery，maternal age and high-risk infants.Through prenatal rational intervention， neonatal NBNA score can be reduced and neonatal score improved.

新生兒神经行为测定量表(neonatal behaviral neurological assessment，NBNA)，在婴儿出生后采用NBNA量表对其进行神经行为测定，不仅可以了解新生儿的行为能力，更可以及早发现新生儿中存在的微脑损伤患儿[1，2]，并第一时间的对其进行干预治疗，防止新生儿日后伤残。基于此，选取2017年1月1日～6月30日在德阳第五医院分娩并采用NBNA量表进行神经行为评分的单胎足月新生儿80例为观察重点，分析这些新生儿的行为神经能力，并分析影响其行为神经能力的因素，现报道如下。
1.资料与方法
1.1一般资料 选取2017年1月1日～6月30日在德阳第五医院分娩并采用NBNA量表进行神经行为评分的单胎足月新生儿80例，所有入选新生儿父母皆已婚，且属于足月分娩。新生儿胎龄37～41周，平均胎龄(39.03±1.16)周，体质量2.32～4.03 kg，平均体质量(3.17±1.03)kg，本次研究资料中已经排除早产及过期产患儿。研究已获新生儿父母知情，并同意本次研究。, 百拇医药(王静 姜娟 肖婷 黎红)
