PFNA与生物型人工股骨头置换术治疗老年不稳定型粗隆间骨折临床疗效观察(3)
综上所述，采用PFNA治疗老年不稳定型粗隆间骨折具有手术时间短、出血量少、术后可早期下床活动的优点，且能使患者获得良好的髋关节功能。但本研究的不足之处在于病例数量较少，没能考虑到手术并发症等相关问题，且随访时间较短，中长期的临床疗效有待进一步随访。
