背包式缝合技术治疗剖宫产术宫缩乏力性产后大出血中的效果观察(1)
摘 要：目的 观察背包式缝合技术治疗剖宫产术患者宫缩乏力性产后大出血的临床效果，评价其应用价值，希望能够为宫缩乏力性产后大出血的治疗提供有效参考。方法 选择2016年4月12日～2017年4月16日我院收治173例剖宫产术患者作为研究对象，83例行常规方式治疗的患者纳入常规组，90例接受背包式缝合技术治疗的患者纳入实验组，对两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、术后24 h出血量、术后切口感染展开分析。结果 实验组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后24 h出血量均明显优于常规组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组5例患者术后切口发生感染，发生率为6.02%；实验组2例患者术后并发切口发生感染，发生率为2.22%，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用背包式缝合技术治疗剖宫产术患者宫缩乏力性产后大出血，安全且可靠，手术时间短，能够为产妇快速止血，术后感染发生率低，值得推广应用。

The Effect of Backpack Suturing Technique for Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused by Uterine Contractions Due to Cesarean Section

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of backpack suture technique in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contractions due to cesarean section and evaluate its application value.It is hoped that it can provide an effective reference for the treatment of uterine inertia and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods From April 12，2016 to April 16，2017，173 patients with cesarean section in our hospital were selected as study objects.83 patients who received routine treatment were included in the routine group.90 patients who received backpack suture technique were included in the experimental group.The amount of intraoperative bleeding， operative time，postoperative 24 hours of bleeding and postoperative wound infection were analyzed in both groups.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding，the time of operation，and the amount of blood loss 24 hours after operation in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the routine group，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The conventional group 5 cases of postoperative incision infection，the incidence rate was 6.02%；2 patients in the experimental group were complicated with incision infection，the incidence rate was 2.22%，the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The backpack suture technique in the treatment of cesarean section uterine patients of massive postpartum fatigue bleeding，safe and reliable，short operation time，to maternal rapid hemostasis，low incidence of postoperative infection，it is worthy of popularization and application.
