中药配合鹿瓜多肽治疗股骨头坏死临床效果观察(1)
摘 要：目的 觀察口服中药联合静滴鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗股骨头坏死的疗效。方法 收集2014～2016年住院的无菌性股骨头坏死患者120例，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，各60例，治疗组采用口服自配中药汤剂，同时联合静滴鹿瓜多肽注射液；对照组采用口服自配中药汤剂，两组均给予常规补钙，3个月后参照百分法对临床疗效进行评价。 结果 治疗后治疗组优18例，良24例，中10例，差8例，总有效率86.67%，优良率70.00%。对照组优14例，良20例，中16例，差10例，总有效率83.33%，优良率56.67%。两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而治疗组优良率大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口服中药联合静滴鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗股骨头坏死疗效优于单纯中药治疗，治疗优良率高，操作简单、经济安全，值得进一步研究。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Femoral Head Necrosis with Chinese Medicine Combined with Lugua Polypeptide

Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of oral Chinese herbal medicine combined with intravenous drupal polypeptide injection on femoral head necrosis.Methods 120 patients with aseptic osteonecrosis of femoral head were collected from 2014-2016. According to random number table，120 cases were divided into treatment group and control group，60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine decoction and intravenous drip of deer melon polypeptide injection.The control group was treated with oral Chinese traditional medicine decoction.Both groups were given routine calcium supplementation. After 3 months，the clinical efficacy was evaluated by the method of percent.Results The treatment group was excellent in 18 cases， good in 24 cases，medium in 10 cases，poor in 8 cases.The total effective rate is 86.67%，and the excellent rate is 70.00%.The control group was excellent in 14 cases，good in 20 cases，moderate in 16 cases，and poor in 10 cases.The total effective rate was 83.33% and the excellent and good rate was 56.67%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05)， while the excellent rate in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Oral Chinese medicine combined with intravenous drupal peptide injection for the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head is superior to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine alone.It has a high rate of good treatment，simple operation，economic security and is worthy of further study.
