健康咨询服务对肺结核知识知晓率的影响分析(1)
摘 要：目的 通过一对一健康咨询后使住院肺结核患者对肺结核的传播途径，结核病的症状、治疗周期等知识知晓率和治疗依从性提高。方法 采用关于肺结核基本知识干预前后问卷调查表，选择在2014年7月1日～2014年10月31日在昆明市第三人民医院结核二科住院治疗的150例肺结核患者为调查对象，进行干预前及干预后的问卷调查及统计分析。结果 通过一对一健康咨询后从患者对自己所患肺结核类型知悉、结核病传播途径的知悉前后比较，差异有统计学意(P<0.01)，患者治疗依从性干预后明显高于干预前，差异有统计学意(P<0.01)。结论 通过对肺结核患者实施一对一健康咨询，有利于提高患者对疾病的认识程度，改善肺结核患者心理状况，提高和改善其用药依从性及治愈率，减少耐药性并建立良好的遵医行为，对结核病的预防与控制具有重要作用。

Analysis of the Influence of Health Counseling Service on Knowledge Awareness Rate of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Abstract：Objective To increase the knowledge of tuberculosis，the awareness of tuberculosis symptoms，treatment cycle，and the compliance with treatment after the one-to-one health consultation.Methods A questionnaire survey on the basic knowledge of pulmonary tuberculosis before and after intervention was used.150 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were hospitalized in the Second Department of Tuberculosis of the Third People's Hospital of Kunming from July 1，2014 to October 31，2014 were selected as subjects for intervention.Pre-and post-intervention questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis.Results After one-to-one health consultation，the patients knew about the type of tuberculosis they had suffered from，the difference between the two groups before and after knowing the route of tuberculosis transmission was statistically significant(P<0.01).The compliance of patients with treatment was significantly higher than that before intervention，the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of one-to-one health counseling for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is beneficial to the improvement of their understanding of the disease， the improvement of their psychological status，and the improvement of their compliance and cure rate.Reducing drug resistance and establishing good behavior of compliance play an important role in the prevention and control of tuberculosis.

中國是世界上22个结核病高负担国家之一，患者人数居全球第二位仅次于印度，每年新发病例占全球总数的16%[1]，结核病是严重危害人类健康的传染病，是我国重点控制的重大疾病之一[2]。云南省又是全国结核病疫情最严重的省份之一。按照2000年流行病学调查结果推算，云南省估计有活动性肺结核病患者20万。绝大多数耐多药肺结核患者是由于治疗不彻底或不规范治疗而产生耐药性[3]。随着社会经济和科学技术的发展，健康教育与健康促进越来越受到社会的重视。WHO把健康教育与健康促进列为预防和控制疾病的三大措施之一[4]。为提高结核病患者的依从性、提高治愈率、减少耐药性性，对2014年7月1日～2014年10月31日在昆明市第三人民医院结核二科住院的150例肺结核病患者，进行了一对一健康咨询咨询后，能促进肺结核患者遵医嘱规范治疗，提高依从性、治愈率和患者满意度，减少社会传播。, http://www.100md.com(马萌)
