正畸牙齿移动过程中肝细胞生长因子和白细胞介素—2在龈沟液中的变化(1)
摘 要:目的 通過测定在牙齿移动过程中不同时间段肝细胞生长因子和白细胞介素-2在龈沟液中的含量,研究牙周骨组织改建过程中肝细胞生长因子和白细胞介素-2的变化趋势,分析肝细胞生长因子和白细胞介素-2的动态变化过程,并分析其具有的临床意义。方法 选择正畸患者10例,分别在正畸加力前,正畸加力后1 h,1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d,30 d收集患者的龈沟液,用ELISA试剂盒测定肝细胞生长因子和白细胞介素-2的表达水平。结果 在正畸加力过程中,随着牙齿的移动,正畸患者龈沟液中肝细胞生长因子的表达在加力1 h,1 d,3 d,7 d均高于正畸加力前,在7 d达到峰值,随后逐渐下降,并逐渐恢复到基线水平,白细胞介素-2的表达在加力1 h,1 d,3 d均高于正畸加力前,3 d达到峰值,随后逐渐下降,并逐渐恢复到基线水平。结论 肝细胞生长因子和白细胞介素-2都是人体的重要炎症因子,肝细胞生长因子和白细胞介素-2在正畸牙齿移动过程中龈沟液内的表达呈现先升高后降低的趋势,龈沟液内的肝细胞生长因子和白细胞介素-2的表达水平可以反映出牙周组织的炎症状况,对这两种因子的检测有助于判断正畸治疗的效果。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 during periodontal bone remodeling by measuring the content of hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 in gingival crevicular fluid during different periods of tooth movement.To analyze the dynamic changes of hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2,and analyze their clinical significance.Methods 10 orthodontic patients were selected,and the gingival crevicular fluid was collected before orthodontic force application,1 h,1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d,and 30 d after orthodontic force application.The expression of hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 was measured by ELISA kit.Results In the process of orthodontic force,with the movement of teeth,the expression of hepatocyte growth factor in the gingival crevicular fluid of orthodontic patients was increased for 1 h,1 d,3 d,and 7 d before orthodontic force.The peak value was reached on the 7th day,then gradually decreased,and gradually returned to baseline levels.The expression of IL-2 was increased for 1 h,1 d,and 3 d before the orthodontic force,peaked at 3 d,followed by gradually decreased and gradually returned to baseline levels.Conclusion Both hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 are important inflammatory factors in the human body. The expression of hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 in gingival crevicular fluid during the course of orthodontic tooth movement firstly increases and then decreases.The expression levels of hepatocyte growth factor and interleukin-2 in gingival crevicular fluid can reflect the inflammatory status of periodontal tissues.The detection of these two factors is helpful to determine the effect of orthodontic treatment., http://www.100md.com(王宏宇 郑嵘 吴立鹏)
