手术室护士腹腔镜手术空间管理能力的培训(1)
摘 要：目的 研究手术室护士腹腔镜手术空间管理能力的培训的意义。方法 对我院2016年12月～2017年12月24名手术室护士进行腹腔镜手术空间管理能力培训，比较培训前后手术室护士腹腔镜手术空间管理水平、腹腔镜手术配合满意度。结果 培训后护士空间管理能力评分为(94.18±1.20)分，高于培训前的(87.02±2.30)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；培训后手术准备时间(24.70±3.11)min，短于培训前的(32.01±2.89)min，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；培训前手术配合满意度(88.90±2.56)分，低于培训后的(95.01±2.50)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对手术室护士开展腹腔镜手术空间管理能力培训，可提高腹腔镜手术空间管理能力，促进腹腔镜手术的配合，进一步提高医患满意度。

Training of Space Management Ability of Laparoscopic Surgery for Nurses in Operation Room

Abstract：Objective To study the significance of space management training for operating room nurses in laparoscopic surgery. 腹腔鏡手术以其创伤小、术后疼痛轻、并发症少及恢复快等优点在临床上得到广泛的应用并迅速推广[1]。不同种类的腹腔镜手术站位和体位不同，从而仪器设备和器械摆放、护士站位不同，以上要素构成腹腔镜手术的空间布局[2]。护理人员合理管理腹腔镜手术空间布局，可缩短手术准备时间，促进手术的顺利进行，为医生的良好配合奠定基础。所以，为了提高腹腔镜手术质量，手术专科护士应向着专业化方向发展。本文从2016年12月开始，改变传统的专科护理理念，开展专科护士培训模式，实施腹腔镜手术空间管理能力培训，以获得良好的培训目的。
1对象与方法
1.1研究对象 贵州省人民医院手术室护士94名，女性87名，男性7名，年龄22～57岁，平均年龄(34.12±2.03)岁；中专34名，大专25名，本科63名，硕士2名；工龄：5～8年24名，9～10年9名，10年以上25名。
