一次性乳牙根管治疗术治疗乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病疗效观察(1)
摘 要：目的 探讨一次性乳牙根管治疗术治疗乳牙、牙髓病及根尖周病的效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2017年1月我院收治的130例乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病的患儿，随机分为对照组和观察组，各65例。对照组采用常规根管治疗，观察组采用一次性乳牙根管治疗，观察两组患儿的治疗成功率、疼痛程度及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组的治疗成功率为93.85%，高于对照组的78.46%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的疼痛程度及疼痛评分均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为4.62%，低于对照组的12.30%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 一次性乳牙根管治疗术治疗乳牙、牙髓病及根尖周病，临床效果显著，可缓解患儿的疼痛感，且安全性较高。

Clinical Effect of One Time Root Canal Therapy for the Treatment of Dental Pulp Disease and Periapical Disease in the Deciduous Teeth

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of one time root canal therapy for dental pulp disease of the deciduous teeth and periapical disease.Methods 130 children with dental pulp disease of the deciduous teeth and periapical period disease from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group，with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional root canal therapy.The observation group was treated with one time deciduous root canal.The success rate，pain level，and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were observed.Results The treatment success rate in the observation group was 93.85%，which was higher than 78.46% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The pain and pain scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.62%，which was lower than the 12.30% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion One time dental pulp disease of the deciduous teeth and periapical disease has significant clinical effects，can relieve pain in children，and has high safety.

乳牙牙髓病(dental pulp disease of the deciduous teeth)及根尖周病(periapical disease)是常見的儿童乳牙疾病，会造成乳牙早失，影响牙列的完整性，及早治疗是不影响儿童生长发育的关键[1-3]。随着牙体保护技术和口腔医学的不断发展，根管治疗得到了更多患者的肯定。本研究以130例患儿为主要对象，对一次性乳牙根管治疗术的治疗效果进行评价，具体如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料 本研究选取2015年1月～2017年1月天津市口腔医院儿童口腔科收治的130例乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病患儿，本研究通过医院伦理会批准。将患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，每组65例。对照组中，男35例，女30例；年龄4～10岁，平均年龄(7.15±0.13)岁。观察组中，男34例，女31例，年龄5～10岁，平均年龄(7.28±0.15)岁。两组患儿性别、年龄等一般资料相比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，有可比性。, http://www.100md.com(阙禧韬)
