补中益气丸联合思密达治疗高龄慢性腹泻的临床观察(1)
摘 要：目的 探讨补中益气丸联合思密达治疗老年高龄慢性腹泻患者的临床疗效，以期为高龄慢性腹泻临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 选取在重庆市人民医院就诊的老年高龄慢性腹泻患者74例，随机分为观察组39例和对照组35例。对照组患者给予口服思密达治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用补中益气丸口服，两组患者均连续治疗14 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效、症状评分和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%，高于对照组的71.43%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组各症状评分均低于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组症状总评分为(5.15±4.01)分，低于对照组的(9.09±5.84)分，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组各症状评分差值高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 补中益气丸联合思密達治疗高龄慢性腹泻临床疗效确切，能够有效缓解患者腹泻等临床症状，不良反应发生率低。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with dioctahedral smectite in the treatment of senile patients with chronic diarrhea in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of senile chronic diarrhea.Methods 74 elderly patients with chronic diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=35).The patients in the control group were treated with oral dioctahedral smectite，the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi pills on the basis of the control group，and both groups were treated continuously for 14 d.The clinical efficacy， symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%，which was higher than that of the control group 71.43%，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the scores of the symptoms in the observation group were lower than those before treatment， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of the observation group was(5.15±4.01)points，which was lower than that of the control group(9.09±5.84)，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)，the difference of symptom scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with dioctahedral smectite in the treatment of senile chronic diarrhea has definite clinical curative effect，can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms such as diarrhea of the patient and the like，and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.

腹泻(diarrhea)是一种常见的临床症状，根据腹泻病程，有急性腹泻和慢性腹泻之分，病程在2个月以上称为慢性腹泻(chronic diarrhea)[1]。慢性腹泻的病理机制可能与胃肠动力异常、脑肠轴异常、内脏感觉过敏和神经精神因素异常等相关[2]。随着人口老龄化的进展，高龄患者逐渐增多，老年高龄患者的脾胃功能衰退，且多合并糖尿病，慢性肾功能不全等全身性疾病。因此，老年高龄患者的腹泻病情更容易迁延难愈。对于慢性腹泻，目前临床药物治疗大多以对症治疗为主，但改善作用并不明显[2]，慢性腹泻长时间得不到控制，容易引发系列相关的并发症，甚至危及老年高龄患者的生命安全。为了提高老年高龄慢性腹泻患者的治疗效果并减少各种不良事件的发生率，我们针对部分高龄老年慢性腹泻患者采取补中益气丸和思密达联合方案治疗，取得了确切的临床效果，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(徐亚丽 姚莉 何小蓉 邓霞 江漫春 张兴平 漆静)
