独活寄生汤配合玻璃酸钠对膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的影响(1)
摘 要：目的 研究独活寄生汤配合玻璃酸钠对膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院100例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加服独活寄生汤，对比两组患者治疗总有效率、疼痛评分、关节活动度评分、膝关节功能评分及生活质量改善情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组疼痛评分低于对照组，关节活动度评分、膝关节功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组生活质量评分优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 独活寄生汤配合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎，可缓解患者疼痛，改善关节功能，提高生活质量，整体治疗效果优于单纯玻璃酸钠。

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate on the quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method，50 cases each.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate，the observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate，pain score，joint activity score，knee function score and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%，which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The joint activity score and knee function score were higher than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can relieve pain，improve joint function and improve quality of life.The overall therapeutic effect is better than that of pure sodium hyaluronate.

膝骨關节炎(knee osteoarthritis)是一种慢性关节炎，与软骨退变程度有密切关系，临床多表现为膝关节疼痛、变形、活动受限等，严重影响患者的生活质量[1]。临床通常采用针对性治疗，无特效的治疗效果。中医学治疗骨性关节炎具有其独特的优势，可以促进软骨局部胶原和蛋白多糖的合成，抑制其降解功效，减轻患者临床症状的同时，控制膝骨关节炎的发展。本文结合临床病例研究中西医结合治疗疗效，为临床治疗膝骨关节炎提供一定的参考，旨在寻找有效的治疗药物，同时研究独活寄生汤配合玻璃酸钠对膝骨关节炎患者生活质量影响，现报告如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料 选取2017年2月～2018年2月在西安市高陵区中医医院治疗的100例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象，本研究经过医院伦理委员会批准。依据治疗方法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。纳入标准：①符合临床诊断标准；②研究前1周内未使用任何止痛、消炎以及激素药物；③患者自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。排除标准：①合并严重心、脑、肝、肾等严重脏器功能不全者；②有关节手术史和创伤者；③关节风湿病、类风湿病、痛风等引起关节其他疼痛性疾病者；④本研究药物过敏者。对照组男性26例，女性24例；年龄30～73岁，平均年龄(55.90±8.23)岁。观察组男性29例，女性21例；年龄32～72岁，平均年龄(56.21±7.93)岁。两组在年龄、性别等基础资料方面，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。, 百拇医药(韩少锋)
