两种营养干预方法对超重和肥胖者体重干预的效果研究(1)
摘 要:目的 比較营养处方干预及部分代餐干预对超重和肥胖人群进行短期低碳高蛋白饮食干预的效果。方法 选取本院2016年10月~2017年3月104名超重和肥胖的体检者,随机分为处方组和代餐组,各52名。代餐组采用部分代餐干预饮食方案,处方组实施处方干预饮食方案。对减重者进行跟踪干预4周后,比较两组减重效果,分析干预前后基础代谢水平、体重、腰围、腰臀比、内脏脂肪含量和肌肉量等体成分指标的变化。结果 两组共87名体检者完成干预,均获得明显的减重效果,体重、体脂率、内脏脂肪含量、腰围、腰臀比等指标均较干预前下降;就单纯减重结果而言,代餐组的效果优于处方组[-(4.63±2.13)kg vs-(3.56±2.35)kg],差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);代餐组有肌肉丢失的趋势-(0.33±1.24)kg,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.078),而处方组有肌肉增长的趋势(0.68±1.18)kg,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);处方组基础代谢率的变化没有明显差别,差异无统计学意义(P=0.25)。代餐组的完成率为90.38%,高于处方组的76.32%,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.065)。结论 采用低碳高蛋白饮食短期干预,代餐组和处方组均能获得明显的减重效果,但长期干预效果和干预后体重维持的效果还有待进一步研究。

Effect of Two Nutritional Intervention Methods on Weight Intervention in Overweight and Obese Subjects

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of nutritional prescription intervention and partial meal replacement intervention on short-term low carbon and high protein diet intervention in overweight and obese people.Methods A total of 104 overweight and obese patients from October 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into a prescription group and a meal replacement group,52 each.The meal replacement group used a partial meal replacement intervention diet plan,and the prescription group implemented a prescription intervention diet plan.After 4 weeks of follow-up intervention,the weight loss effects of the two groups were compared. The changes of body composition,body weight,waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,visceral fat content and muscle mass before and after intervention were analyzed.Results A total of 87 physical examinations in the two groups completed the intervention,and all the weight loss effects were obtained.The body weight,body fat percentage,visceral fat content,waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio and other indicators were lower than before the intervention;In terms of simple weight loss results,the effect of the meal replacement group was better than that of the prescription group[-(4.63±2.13)kg vs-(3.56±2.35)kg],the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);The meal replacement group had a tendency to lose muscle-(0.33±1.24)kg,but the difference was not statistically significant(P= 0.078),while the prescription group had a trend of muscle growth(0.68±1.18)kg,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001); there was no significant difference in the basal metabolic rate of the prescription group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.25).The completion rate of the meal replacement group was 90.38%,which was higher than 76.32% of the prescription group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.065).Conclusion Short-term intervention with low-carbon and high-protein diet can achieve significant weight loss effects in both the meal replacement group and the prescription group.However,the effects of long-term intervention and weight maintenance after intervention remain to be further studied., 百拇医药(李婷欣 刘玉萍 陈莞婧 谯琪川 吴亚平)
