小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效研究(1)
摘 要：目的 研究小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法 选取68例符合条件的小儿厌食症患儿，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组34例。在给予支持治疗的基础上，对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌散口服治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片口服治疗，两组均持续治疗8周。治疗后比较两组患儿的体质量增加幅度、食欲恢复时间、腹痛腹胀消失时间以及临床疗效。结果 治疗后观察组体质量增加幅度高于对照组，观察组食欲恢复时间、腹痛腹胀消失时间均短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组的总有效率为97.06%，高于对照组的82.35%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗小儿厌食症，能显著改善患儿的临床症状和体征，提高临床疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Children’s Compound Jineijin Chewable Tablet Combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder in Treatment of Child Anorexia

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of child anorexia treated with children’s compound Jimeijin chewable tablet and Bifidobacterium triple viable powder.Methods 68 children with anorexia were randomly divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34).On the basis of the supportive treatment，the control group was given oral treatment with Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria powder.The observation group was treated with children’s compound Jimeijin chewable tablet on the basis of the control group，and the two groups were treated for 8 weeks.After treatment，the body weight increase，appetite recovery time，abdominal pain and bloating disappearance time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment，the increase of body mass in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The recovery time of appetite and the time of disappearance of abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the total effective rate of observation group was 97.06%，which was higher than that of control group 82.35%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical symptoms and signs of children with anorexia can be significantly improved and the clinical curative effect can be improved by combination of children’s compound Jineijin chewable tablets and Bifidobacterium triple viable powder in the treatment of child anorexia.

小儿厌食症(child anorexia)是一种常见的儿科疾病，多发于1～6岁儿童，是指患儿见食不贪，食欲减退，甚至厌恶进食的一种病症[1]。此病日久拖延，会导致小儿营养不良、体質量减轻、贫血以及免疫力下降等，严重者会引发反复呼吸道感染，对儿童的生长发育、营养状态和智力发展也会有不同程度的影响[2]。此外，儿童的脾胃发育不全也是造成小儿厌食的一个不可忽视的原因。《杂病广要》云：“脾不和则食不化，胃不和则不思食，脾胃不和则不思且不化”，可见小儿的厌食症跟脾胃不和有很大关系[3]。以往在治疗小儿厌食症方面，多用西药，近年来由于国家的鼓励，越来越多的人们倾向于使用中药或中成药来治疗小儿厌食。所以，我们采用小儿复方鸡内金咀嚼片联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗小儿厌食症，取得了显著疗效，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(王燕杰)
