宁夏某医院患者TB DNA检测分析(1)

     摘 要:目的 探讨宁夏某医院TB DNA感染现状及临床特点。方法 对我院就诊的疑似结核病感染患者1828例进行回顾分析,用实时荧光定量PCR检测血浆TB DNA。结果 TB DNA阳性患者32例,总阳性率为1.75%,男、女性阳性率分别为2.17%和1.17%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。童年组(0~6岁)阳性率最高为2.86%,与其他年龄组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。春季(3~5月份)TB DNA陽性率最高为3.21%,与其他季节相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2015年~2017年TB DNA阳性率有逐年下降趋势(2.06%、2.00%、1.16%)。TB DNA阳性患者就诊临床科室主要以泌尿外科(6.11%)、呼吸内科(5.26%)、肝胆外科(4.35%)为主。结论 TB DNA检测有助于结核病的早期诊断,为临床防治结核病提供重要依据。

    Analysis of TB DNA in Patients in A Hospital in Ningxia

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the status and clinical characteristics of TB DNA infection in a hospital in Ningxia.Methods A retrospective analysis of 1828 patients with suspected tuberculosis infection in our hospital was performed,and plasma TB DNA was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.Results 32 cases of TB DNA positive patients, the total positive rate was 1.75%, male and female positive rate were 2.17% and 1.17%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The highest positive rate was 2.86% in childhood group(0-6 years old).Compared with other age groups, there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).In spring(March to May),the highest positive rate of TB DNA was 3.21%,compared with other seasons,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of TB DNA decreased from 2015 to 2017(2.06%,2.00%,1.16%).The clinical departments of TB DNA-positive patients were mainly urology(6.11%),respiratory medicine(5.26%),and hepatobiliary surgery(4.35%). Conclusion TB DNA detection is helpful for the early diagnosis of tuberculosis and provides an important basis for clinical prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.

    结核病(tuberculosis,TB)是由结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)引起的慢性呼吸道传染性疾病,可经淋巴管、血液及消化道等途径传播至肺外脏器而致病,目前仍然是世界范围内致人类死亡的重大传染病之一[1]。2017年全球结核病报告中,2016年有1040万结核病患者以及180万结核病死者,新增耐多药结核病病例近一半(47%)发生在印度、中国和俄罗斯联邦[2]。宁夏是全国结核病高发地区,结核病居全国发病率第2位[3]。为了解宁夏某医院结核病患者的感染现状及临床特点,对2015年1月~2017年12月三年来我院就诊的1828例疑似TB患者进行TB DNA检测,并对不同性别、年龄、月份、年份及就诊临床科室进行比较分析,为提高本地区TB感染的临床诊治、降低死亡率提供依据。, http://www.100md.com(牛宁奎 王学伟 施建党 杨宗强 丁惠强)
