复可托治疗小儿反复肺炎支原体感染的疗效及对免疫功能和肺功能的影响(1)
摘 要：目的 探讨复可托治疗小儿反复肺炎支原体感染的疗效及对免疫功能和肺功能的影响。方法 选取我院2015年1月～2017年1月收治的88例反复MP感染患儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，各44例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上口服复可托，对比两组患儿临床疗效、免疫指标、肺功能指标。结果 观察组总有效率为97.73%，高于对照组的81.82%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿IgA、IgM、IgG、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+等免疫指标优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、PEF、FEF25、FEF50、FEF75均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 复可托治疗小儿反复MP感染临床疗效显著，可有效改善免疫功能和肺功能。

Therapeutic Effect of Fuketuo on Recurrent Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection in Children and its Influence on Immune and Pulmonary Function

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Fuketuo on the immune function and pulmonary function in children with recurrent mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods 88 children with repeated MP infection from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups，44 cases in each group.The children in the control group were given routine treatment， and the observation group was treated with Fukotuo on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy，immune index and pulmonary function index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%，which was higher than 81.82% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IgA，IgM，IgG，CD4+， CD8+，CD4+/CD8+and other immune indexes in the observation group were superior to the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lung function indexes FVC，FEV1，PEF，FEF25，FEF50 and FEF75 in the observation group were superior to the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Fuketuo in the treatment of recurrent MP infection in children is significant，which can effectively improve immune function and lung function.
