二十五味珊瑚胶囊治疗中风后头痛的临床疗效观察(1)
摘 要：目的 觀察二十五味珊瑚胶囊治疗中风后头痛的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2017年1月～12月诊断为中风后头痛的患者64例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各32例。对照组患者给予常规内科治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用二十五味珊瑚胶囊治疗，观察患者头痛次数、疼痛程度及疼痛时间，记录治疗有效率。结果 治疗后，治疗组头痛次数为(0.56±0.53)次，对照组头痛次数为(1.55±0.51)次，组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的头痛持续时间少于对照组，且治疗组的头痛程度较对照组缓解，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为93.75%，对照组为56.25%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 传统藏药二十五味珊瑚胶囊对中风后头痛具有明显的疗效，可以减少发作次数及疼痛持续时间，具有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 25 flavor coral capsules in the treatment of headache after stroke.Methods 64 patients with headache diagnosed after stroke from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，32 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medical treatment.On the basis of this，the treatment group was treated with 25 flavor coral capsules，and the number of pains，pain and pain time were observed，and the treatment efficiency was recorded.Results After treatment，the number of headaches in the treatment group was(0.56±0.53)times，and the number of headaches in the control group was(1.55±0.51)times，the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of headache in the treatment group was less than that in the control group.The degree of headache in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 56.25% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Tibetan medicine 25 flavor coral capsules has obvious curative effect on headache after stroke，which can reduce the number of episodes and the duration of pain，and has a good clinical effect., http://www.100md.com(史国娟 郑培华)
