摘 要：医院财务管理的关乎于医院成本和医疗质量，在新形势下公立医院财务管理更是注重医院成本费用结构和合理的管理方法。只有对医院日常运行进行规范化管理，才能提高医院财务管理水平，使医院向着现代化医院方向发展。

    Abstract：The financial management of hospitals is related to hospital cost and medical quality.Under the new situation，the financial management of public hospitals pays more attention to the structure of hospital cost and reasonable management methods.Only by standardizing the daily operation of the hospital can the hospital's financial management level be improved and the hospital will develop towards a modern hospital.
