唑来膦酸注射液联合金天格胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效分析(1)
摘 要：目的 分析唑来膦酸注射液与金天格胶囊联合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的效果及VAS评分。方法 选取2016年6月～2018年6月本院68例绝经后骨质疏松患者的临床资料，按照数字随机法分为对照组和研究组，各34例。对照组给予唑来膦酸注射液治疗，研究组给予唑来膦酸注射液与金天格胶囊联合治疗，比较两组的实验室相关指标、骨密度及VAS评分。结果 研究组骨密度腰椎(0.92±0.15)g/cm2、股骨颈(0.85±0.17)g/cm2、股骨大转子(0.91±0.13)g/cm2、Ward's三角区(0.81±0.12)g/cm2，高于对照组(0.72±0.11)g/cm2、(0.62±0.08)g/cm2、(0.68±0.11)g/cm2、(0.61±0.08)g/cm2，差異有统计学意义(P<0.05)；骨钙素(10.28±1.27)ng/ml、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(20.12±3.06)U/L，异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；VAS评分(1.66±0.12)分，低于对照组(3.88±1.06)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 唑来膦酸注射液联合金天格胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果显著，有利于改善患者的骨密度和骨代谢指标，减轻疼痛。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of zoledronic acid injection combined with Jintiange capsule on postmenopausal osteoporosis and VAS score.Methods The clinical data of 68 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the numerical random method，34 cases each.The control group was treated with zoledronic acid injection.The study group was given zoledronic acid injection combined with Jintiange capsule. The laboratory-related index， bone mineral density and VAS score were compared between the two groups.Results The study group bone mineral density lumbar vertebrae(0.92±0.15)g/cm2，femoral neck(0.85±0.17)g/cm2，femur greater trochanter(0.91±0.13)g/cm2，ward's triangle(0.81±0.12)g/cm2，higher than the control group(0.72±0.11)g/cm2，(0.62±0.08)g/cm2，(0.68±0.11)g/cm2，(0.61±0.08)g/cm2，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)；Osteocalcin (10.28±1.27)ng/ml，bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(20.12±3.06)U/L，statistically significant(P<0.05)；VAS score(1.66±0.12)，lower than the control group(3.88±1.06)points，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of zoledronic acid injection combined with Jintiange capsule in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis is significant，which is beneficial to improve bone mineral density and bone metabolism and reduce pain.

随着我国社会老龄化的加剧，骨质疏松症(osteoporosis)的发病率呈现出逐年上升态势。骨质疏松按照发病原因分为两种，即原发性与继发性[1]。绝经后骨质疏松属于原发性骨质疏松，在临床中较为常见，主要症状为易骨折、骨痛等，对患者的身体健康及生活质量造成的影响[2]。本文以2016年6月～2018年6月本院68例绝经后骨质疏松患者为例展开研究，旨在分析唑来膦酸注射液与金天格胶囊联合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的效果及VAS评分，现报告如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料 选取2016年6月～2018年6月佳木斯市中心医院68例绝经后骨质疏松患者的临床资料，本次研究经过医院伦理委员会批准。纳入标准：①绝经后女性，且绝经期在2年以上；②与绝经后骨质疏松的诊断标准相符；③患者与家属均知情并签署知情同意书。排除标准：伴返流性食管炎、继发性骨质疏松或严重肝肾功能损害等疾病患者。按数字随机法分为对照组和研究组，各34例。研究组年龄56～76岁，平均年龄(63.01±10.82)岁；体重50～65 kg，平均体重(57.51±2.32)kg；绝经时间5～29年，平均绝经时间(15.90±5.01)年。对照组年龄57～78岁，平均年龄(64.12±10.86)岁；体重51～66 kg，平均体重(58.52±2.71)kg；绝经时间6～28年，平均绝经时间(15.82±5.02)年。两组年龄、体重、绝经时间等一般资料进行对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。, 百拇医药(王瑞瑞)
