慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者骨髓INF—γ、IL—2、IL—4、IL—10及IL—1β水平的变化及意义(1)
摘 要：目的 探讨CLL患者骨髓中INF-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10及IL-1β水平的变化及意义。方法 选取我院初诊CLL患者66例为病例组，根据Binet分期分为BinetA期29例，BinetB期21例，BinetC期16例；選取同期来我院健康体检者30例为对照组，另取38例治疗中的CLL患者为治疗组。应用流式细胞仪分析各组患者骨髓INF-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IL-1β表达，观察在CLL患者不同时期的表达差异。结果 IFN-γ、IL-2表达在CLL各组中均低于对照组(P<0.05)，而BinetC期患者表达低于BinetB期(P<0.05)，BinetB期低于BinetA期(P<0.05)，与Binet分期呈负相关。INF-γ、IL-2在CLL治疗后虽高于BinetA期，但P>0.05，而低于对照组(P<0.05)。IL-4、IL-10、IL-1β表达高于对照组(P<0.05)，BinetB期高于BinetA期(P<0.05)，BinetC期高于BinetB期(P<0.05)，与Binet分期呈正相关。治疗后IL-4、IL-10、IL-Iβ与BinetA期比较有所降低，但P>0.05，与对照组比较仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CLL患者骨髓微环境细胞因子表达紊乱，Th1类细胞因子INF-γ、IL-2随着CLL Binet分期的进展逐渐减低，IL-4、IL-10、IL-1β则逐渐增高，与CLL的发生、发展相关。
