口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床效果分析(1)
摘 要：目的 研究口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床效果。方法 回顾分析2017年2月～2018年2月我院接诊的68例牙周病致前牙移位的患者临床资料，均采用口腔正畸治疗，观察临床治疗成功率、治疗前后牙周袋深度、牙周出血指数、前牙槽高度、前牙覆盖、前牙覆合等临床指标以及临床治疗满意度。结果 68例患者总治疗成功率为92.64%。治疗后牙周袋深度、牙周出血指数、前牙槽高度、前牙覆盖、前牙覆合均改善，与治疗前对比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月，牙周袋深度、牙周出血指数、前牙槽高度、前牙覆盖、前牙覆合各指标保持良好，与治疗前对比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床治疗满意度为89.70%。结论 口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位效果良好，尤其是在牙周控制方面，可以改善牙齿咀嚼功能，且可满足患者的美观要求，具有临床应用的重要意义。

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of orthodontics on the displacement of anterior teeth caused by periodontal disease. Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Oral orthodontic treatment was used to observe clinical treatment success rate，periodontal pocket depth before and after treatment，periodontal bleeding index，anterior alveolar height，anterior teeth coverage，anterior teeth lamination and other clinical indicators as well as clinical treatment satisfaction.Results The total treatment success rate of 68 patients was 92.64%.The depth of periodontal pocket，periodontal bleeding index，anterior alveolar height，anterior teeth coverage and anterior teeth lamination were improved after treatment，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up，the periodontal pocket depth，periodontal bleeding index，anterior alveolar height，anterior teeth coverage，and anterior teeth lamination were all well maintained，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Clinical treatment satisfaction was 89.70%.Conclusion Orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease has a good effect on anterior teeth displacement，especially in periodontal control，which can improve the function of tooth chewing and meet the aesthetic requirements of patients.It has important significance in clinical application.

牙周疾病容易導致前牙移位，是临床常见的口腔疾病，主要由于牙周支持组织受损引发[1]。临床主要表现为前牙唇呈现扇形分散展开、前牙出现移位或前牙缝隙增加，严重时发生脱落。牙周疾病发展到一定程度，固定牙齿的牙槽骨遭到破坏，前牙会向破坏严重的一侧倾斜移位。前牙移位不仅会影响患者的咀嚼功能，严重时会发生脱落或导致牙齿被拔除，并且会使患者面部发生畸形，在心理上对患者造成伤害。因此，应及时进行纠正治疗。临床常规治疗不彻底，整体效果较差，不能满足临床治疗需求。口腔正畸治疗可及时纠正前牙移位，阻断不良的咬合关系，且可达到患者的美观要求。本文结合临床资料，研究口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位临床效果，希望为临床提供一定的参考依据。
1资料与方法
