摘 要：痛经是妇科常见病，多发病，特别是年轻患者居多。黄海波教授认为其病因总不离“寒”、“瘀”二字。在证治上紧密围绕“不荣则痛”、“通则不痛”辩证。临床常以温经活血祛瘀之品治疗痛经，喜用经方温经汤加减，临床疗效满意。
