鸦胆子油乳注射液辅助治疗大肠癌的Meta 分析(1)
摘 要：目的 研究鸦胆子油乳注射液对大肠癌的辅助治疗作用。方法 计算机检索PubMed、CNKI、WanFangData和VIP数据库中关于鸦胆子油乳注射液辅助治疗大肠癌的随机对照实验，检索时间截至2018年4月。评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后，采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入12个病例-对照研究，包括717例患者。鸦胆子油乳注射剂辅助治疗大肠癌患者的生活质量、临床疗效较对照组提高，不良反应低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 本研究结果稳定性问题较理想，明确了鸦胆子油乳注射液在大肠癌治疗方面具有良好的辅助作用。

Abstract：Objective To study the adjuvant therapeutic effect of Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection on large intestinecancer.Methods The randomized controlled trial on the adjuvant treatment of large intestinecancer with Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection was searched in PubMed，CNKI，WanFangData and VIP databases.The retrieval time was up to April 2018.After the bias risk was evaluated， Meta-analysis was performed with RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 12 case-control studies were conducted， including 717 patients.The quality of life of patients with large intestinecancer treated with Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection was higher than that of the control group， and the adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group，differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The stability of this study is satisfactory and it is clear that Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection has a good auxiliary effect in the treatment of large intestinecancer.

大肠癌(large intestinecancer)是世界范围内常见的恶性肿瘤之一，又称“结直肠癌”，包括结肠癌(30%)和直肠癌(70%)[1]。我国大肠癌的发病率和死亡率居所有恶性肿瘤的第2位。外科治疗是大肠癌最重要的治疗手段。近年研究显示，以手术为主，结合放化疗和中医药治疗等综合疗法能够大大提高大肠癌的临床疗效，改善患者耐受性[2]。鸦胆子是一味传统中药，具有清热解毒、截疟、止痢、外用腐蚀赘疣[3]等功效。鸦胆子油乳对大肠癌的治疗具有一定的辅助作用，但其对大肠癌患者生活质量、治疗效果和不良反应的改善情况尚不清楚。本研究旨在对鸦胆子油乳辅助治疗大肠癌的随机对照试验(RCT)进行系统评价，以客观评估其辅助效果，为临床治疗提供证据。, 百拇医药(廖 鹃 郑星晗 赖春林 于巍巍 陈伟伟)
