美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的临床疗效及安全性分析(1)
摘 要：目的 分析美托洛爾联合稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的临床治疗效果及安全性。方法 选取我院2017年9月～2018年6月收治的心律失常患者60例，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合稳心颗粒治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果，治疗前后rMSSD、SDNN、PNN50、SDNN-index、症状持续时间和发作频率变化，以及不良反应情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的60.00%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组rMSSD、SDNN、PNN50、SDNN-index分别为(39.00±18.00)ms、(133.00±29.00)ms、(11.00±5.00)%、(60.00±18.00)ms，均高于对照组的(30.00±12.00)ms、(121.00±10.00)ms、(7.00±4.00)%、(46.00±16.00)ms，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组症状持续时间和发作频率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的30.00%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗心律失常，疗效显著，可改善心率指标，缩短症状持续时间，降低发作频率，安全性较高。
