左旋氨氯地平和氨氯地平治疗轻中度高血压临床效果观察(1)
摘 要：目的 观察左旋氨氯地平和氨氯地平治疗轻中度高血压临床效果。方法 选择2017年3月～2018年3月天津市第三中心医院收治的轻中度高血压患者90例，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各45例，观察组患者采用左旋氨氯地平进行治疗，对照组患者采用氨氯地平治疗，比较两组患者血压变化和不良反应情况。结果 治疗后观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压分别为(118.27±7.23)mmHg、(76.38±4.25)mmHg，低于对照组的(130.43±11.45)mmHg、(84.69±6.42)mmHg，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率(11.11%)低于对照组(20.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用左旋氨氯地平治疗轻中度高血压患者，临床疗效优于氨氯地平，能够改善和稳定患者的收缩压和舒张压指标，且安全性更高。

Clinical Efficacy of Levamlodipine and Amlodipine in Treatment of Mild to Moderate Hypertension

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of levamlodipine and amlodipine on mild to moderate hypertension. Methods 90 patients with mild to moderate hypertension who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group，each group were 45 cases. The patients in the observation group were treated with levamlodipine. Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared，comparison of blood pressure changes and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After treatment， the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the observation group were (118.27±7.23) mmHg and (76.38±4.25) mmHg， which were lower than those of the control group (130.43±11.45) mmHg and (84.69±6.42) mmHg.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (11.11%) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%)， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of levamlodipine in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate hypertension is better than that of amlodipine， which can improve and stabilize the systolic and diastolic blood pressure indexes of patients， and it is safer.
