六君子汤加减对脾气虚弱证喉源性咳嗽的疗效分析(1)
摘 要：目的 观察脾气虚弱证喉源性咳嗽应用六君子汤加减治疗的效果。方法 选择2017年5月～2018年5月我院收治92例喉源性咳嗽患者，随机分为对照组和中药组，各46例。对照组予以常规西药治疗，中药组在对照组基础上应用六君子汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗前后的中医症候积分、治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后，中药组中医证候积分低于对照组[(4.01±1.01)分vs(8.22±2.01)分]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(95.65% vs 80.43%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组和对照组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 应用六君子汤加减治疗脾气虚弱证喉源性咳嗽，可促进患者症状的恢复，提高治疗效果，且不增加药物不良反应。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Liujunzi Decoction on the treatment of laryngeal cough with spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods From May 2017 to May 2018， 92 patients with laryngeal cough were enrolled in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and Chinese medicine group， 46 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine， and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group. The scores of TCM symptoms， treatment effects and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the scores of TCM syndromes in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group[(4.01±1.01) points vs(8.22±2.01)]， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the control group(95.65% vs 80.43%)，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the Chinese medicine group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of spleen-deficiency syndrome with laryngeal cough can promote the recovery of symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect without increasing the adverse drug reactions.

喉源性咳嗽是慢性咳嗽的常见类型，此类患者除有咳嗽、咳痰症状外，还可伴有咽喉部瘙痒、刺痛等不适感，且病程冗长、迁延难愈，对患者的生活质量造成了严重的影响[1]。西医对本病以对症治疗为主，效果不甚理想。中医学认为喉源性咳嗽病位在咽喉，而与肺脾关系密切，根据中医辨证以脾气虚弱证最为常见[2]。六君子汤是具有益气健脾、燥湿化痰作用的中药汤剂，本研究将对六君子汤加减治疗脾气虚弱证喉源性咳嗽的疗效进行分析，报道如下。, 百拇医药(岳 萍)
