内固定手术在踝关节骨折治疗中的应用效果观察(1)
摘 要：目的 分析对内固定手术在踝关节骨折临床治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2013年11月～2017年11月本院收治的50例踝关节骨折患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，各25例，对照组采用手法整复外固定治疗，研究组采用对内固定手术治疗，比较两组踝关节功能优良率、VAS评分、AOFAS评分。结果 治疗后，研究组踝关节功能优良率为96.00%，高于对照组的72.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分低于对照组[(1.25±0.21)分vs(2.99±0.34)分]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组AOFAS评分高于对照组[(88.26±9.62)分vs(65.28±7.16)分]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对内固定手术可有效改善踝关节骨折患者踝关节功能，减轻疼痛感，安全性更高，值得借鉴应用。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of internal fixation on the clinical treatment of ankle fracture. Methods A total of 50 patients with ankle fractures admitted to our hospital from November 2013 to November 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group， 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with manual external fixation and the study group was treated internally. After fixed surgery， the ankle joint function rate， VAS score and AOFAS score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the excellent and good ankle function of the study group was 96.00%， which was higher than that of the control group 72.00%， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group [(1.25±0.21) points vs. (2.99±0.34) points]，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The AOFAS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group [(88.26±9.62) points vs.(65.28±7.16)points]， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Internal fixation can effectively improve the ankle joint function， relieve pain and safety of patients with ankle fracture. It is worthy of reference.

踝關节骨折(fracture of the ankle)是一种常见病，近年来，在我国建筑业、交通业迅速发展的背景下，踝关节骨折的发生率显著增高[1]。踝骨是人体突出的一个骨头，踝骨上所覆软组织较少，皮下组织疏松，骨折之后周围组织极易受到影响，出现压迫感，踝关节骨折如果治疗不及时或者方法不当，极易导致局部皮肤溃烂或者坏死等，严重影响足部血液循环[2，3]。手法整复外固定治疗效果一般，患者踝关节功能无明显好转，且患者术后疼痛感严重，治疗效果不尽人意，具有一定的局限性。对内固定手术进行精确的解剖复位，同时予以内固定，可有效重建踝关节稳定性，且内固定牢靠，可促进踝关节组织修复，有助于患者及早进行功能锻炼，有效降低创伤性关节炎、踝关节僵硬等症状[4]。在上述研究背景下，本研究选取2013年11月～2017年11月本院收治的50例踝关节骨折患者为研究对象，比较两种方法的应用效果，以期为踝关节骨折患者提供一种有效、确切的治疗方法，现汇报如下。, 百拇医药(马宁)
