相对基石哲学构建心火相对系统解剖实质科学理论研究(1)
摘 要：世界的逻辑构造推出世界的基石构造。世界的基石构造本质上是实践物质基石体系。理论的产生分为客观实践、理论推理。理论的检验分为直接检验、间接检验。心脏系统的原创模型趋近心脏系统的原创原型，两者是中医临床的质的统一，都能指导中医临床实践。基石哲学、意象思维与旁推比类在中医心脏系统理论的构建中是关键。实践物质基石体系的自然物质层次结构基石的子系统的心脏系统基石实践，产生心脏系统的医学生物物质的理论：医学生物物质的心脏系统是红骨髓-心脏-神经-内分泌-免疫网络。从实践物质基石体系的心脏基石推理的主血、藏神、识神的心脏系统功能到实践物质基石体系的自然物质层次结构基石的子系统的心脏系统基石实践的红骨髓-心脏-神经-内分泌-免疫网络的医学生物物质的心脏系统功能，是从中医临床到医学物质的发展。

Abstract：The logical structure of the world introduces the cornerstone structure of the world. The cornerstone structure of the world is essentially a cornerstone of the material of practice. 由于目前為止传统医学与现代医学两大医学理论体系难以融合：中医理论注重功能，忽视解剖，重视概念，忽视实质;西医理论不仅重视解剖，而且重视功能，不仅重视概念，而且重视实质。中医理论从基础理论的创立到辨证诊治的成熟，再到中医临床理论体系的完善，已经历经3000多年，而西医理论的发展到如今，仅仅才400多年，但是西医学借助现代科学技术这一翅膀，从伦琴射线到核磁共振，从全切手术到微创手术等等诊治手段，借助现代科学技术这一快速发展的势头，西医学渐渐取代中医学，导致中西医并重转化为西医优势的事实局面。中医理论可以概括为辨证论治、整体观、博大精深，所以选题从五脏之一：心火开始。清代医家王清任的《医林改错》认为“脑主神明”，但是《黄帝内经》等医家经典认为“心主神明”。运用《相对基石哲学》构建心火相对系统解剖实质，提出新的观点：心脏系统(心火)自然物体“主神明”，奇恒之府脑自然系统也“主神明”，脑系统自然物体是心系统自然物体的子系统。国内外研究现状：国内研究大都停留在“脑主神明”与“心主神明”的争论的对立统一上，也有学者提出“心主神明”的“心”是一个概念，不是实体，强调了主神明的功能属性，也有“心脑共主神明”之微鸣。, 百拇医药(种焕朝 邓树勋 郝选明 王琦 黄雅洁)
