基于科研管理的某医院SCI论文计量分析(1)
摘要:目的 分析上海市兒童医院1998~2016年被SCI数据库收录的论文,了解上海市儿童医院科研发展水平,为医院学科建设和人才培养提供参考,提高科研管理水平。方法 通过Web of ScienceTM核心合集。利用其“分析检索结果”和“创建引文报告”功能,对论文的数量、作者、文献类型、出版物名称、研究方向、合作国家、基金、被引频次等方面进行统计分析。结果 我院SCI论文数共有395篇,第一作者223篇,通讯作者189篇;论文数前几位作者均为医学遗传研究所人员;涉及研究领域64个,主要集中在儿科、生物分子、血液、肿瘤学等方面;论文数出版最多的期刊为《PLOS ONE》;与32个国家合作,美国最多;基金资助项目366个,国际自然基金69个;被引频次总计3392次。结论 上海市儿童医院SCI论文呈逐年上升趋势,具有一定的科研生产能力,国际合作比较广泛,研究领域主要在儿科、分子生物学、肿瘤和血液学等方面,但是论文产出数量仍需大大提升,论文学术质量也有待提高,科学交流程度进一步加强。

Metrological Analysis of SCI Papers in A Hospital Based on Scientific Research Management

Abstract:Objective To analyze the papers collected by Children's Hospital of Shanghai from SCI database from 1998 to 2016, to understand the scientific research development level of Children's Hospital of Shanghai, to provide reference for hospital discipline construction and personnel training, and to improve the level of scientific research management.Methods Through the Web of ScienceTM core collection. Using its "analytic search results" and "create citation report" functions, statistical analysis is carried out on the number of papers, authors, document types, publication names, research directions, cooperation countries, funds, and citation frequency.Results There were 395 SCI papers in our hospital, 223 first authors and 189 correspondents. The first few authors were medical genetics researchers; 64 research fields were involved, mainly in pediatrics, biomolecules, blood. Oncology, oncology, etc.; the most published journals are "PLOS ONE"; with 32 countries, the United States has the most; 366 funded projects, 69 IWF; and a total of 3,392 citations.Conclusion The SCI papers of Children's Hospital of Shanghai are increasing year by year, with certain scientific research capacity, and international cooperation is extensive. The research fields are mainly in pediatrics, molecular biology, tumor and hematology, but the number of papers still needs to be greatly improved.
